We are not a replacement for either. We are an addition to your media team. Think of us as the documentary crew moving through the edges of your day — catching what everyone else is too busy to see.

Understanding what we do
A videographer captures cinematic, professionally edited footage — typically delivered weeks later as a polished film. A content creator captures raw, real-time iPhone footage and delivers it within 24 hours. The two serve completely different purposes and most couples who hire both say they are glad they did. A videographer gives you the film. We give you the footage you actually post, share, and scroll through the morning after.
Yes — and here is why. Your photographer is focused on the formal shots. Your videographer is managing their rig and audio. Neither of them has one job: capturing everything else. The robe moments, the sister fixing your veil, the best man wiping his eyes before the ceremony. That is what we do. The couples who have all three consistently say the content creator footage is what they watch the most.
BTS content is everything that happens in between the posed moments — getting ready, the chaos and laughter, the first look reactions, candid speeches, your bridal party being themselves. It is the unscripted version of your wedding day. We capture it exactly as it happens, without directing anyone or staging anything. That is what makes it feel real — because it is.
No. Ever. This is something we take seriously. We operate completely invisibly — moving around the edges of what your primary vendors are shooting, never crossing in front of a lens, never pulling your attention away from a moment. We have been inside weddings for twenty years. We know how a wedding day flows and exactly where to be without disrupting it. Your photographer will not even know we are there most of the time.
We shoot on iPhone — the latest model, always. This is intentional. iPhone footage is what looks native on Instagram, TikTok, and Reels. It does not look like a produced video — it looks like something real happened and someone was there to capture it. That authenticity is exactly why people stop scrolling.
Booking
Dates, packages, and pricing
As early as possible. Peak season Saturdays — May through October — fill 12 to 18 months out. We recommend booking the moment you have your venue and date confirmed. A deposit holds your date on our calendar. If you are inquiring within six months of your wedding, reach out immediately — we do occasionally have openings, but they go fast.
We offer three packages: The Highlight (3 hours / $665) — perfect for getting ready, first look, portraits, or ceremony. The Wedding Day (6 hours / $995) — our most popular, covering first look through cocktail hour. Yes. Your 3 hours, 6 hours, or 8 hours are yours to allocate however you want. You are not locked into the morning or any specific part of the day. Some couples use their coverage entirely at the reception. Some start at the salon. We work around your timeline, not the other way around.
Yes — anywhere. We have covered weddings at Roche Harbor, Suncadia, Chateau Lill, the Admiral's House, and destinations worldwide. Travel rates apply for locations outside greater Seattle. We will always be upfront about costs before you commit to anything.
Yes — a second content creator can be added to any package for $300. Two angles simultaneously means you never miss a reaction from across the room. Ideal for larger weddings or couples who want both getting-ready suites covered at the same time.
We are familiar with most major venues in the Seattle area including Fairmont Olympic, Four Seasons Seattle, Roche Harbor Resort, Chateau Lill, Columbia Collective, The SOMM Hotel, Suncadia, the Admiral's House, Willows Lodge, and Swiftwater Cellars. Knowing a venue means knowing the light, the flow, and where to be. That experience shows in the footage.
The Experience
What it actually feels like
No — and that is the entire point. Our approach is editorial and invisible. We do not ask you to look at the camera. We do not direct moments. We observe, anticipate, and capture what is already happening. Most of our couples say they forgot we were even there — until they saw the footage. That is exactly what we aim for.
Our packages include raw footage and editorial clips — real moments captured with an intentional eye. Reel and TikTok creation is available as an add-on for $250 per video. We also offer Instagram Story takeovers on your wedding day for $500 — live coverage posted in real time while you are fully present.
Within 24 hours of your wedding. Everything is delivered directly to your phone — raw footage and clips — before your honeymoon begins. You should be able to relive your day while it still feels like today, not three weeks from now.
Anything you want. Post it, share it, send it to your mom at 6am, make your own Reels from it, keep it in a folder and watch it every anniversary. The footage is yours, forever. We recommend downloading everything to a hard drive or external storage to preserve the quality long-term. The raw footage you receive is uncompressed and will last as long as you store it properly.
Your friend is a guest — they are drinking champagne, catching up with people they haven't seen, and not thinking about composition, light, or timing. We are professionals who have spent twenty years inside wedding days. We know when something is about to happen before it does. We know how to move, where to stand, and how to capture emotion rather than just footage. The difference in the final result is not subtle.
Logistics
The practical stuff
Yes — and most are completely fine with it. We always introduce ourselves at the start of the day and make our role clear: we are not here to interfere, we are here to capture everything they cannot. Most photographers and videographers who have worked alongside us appreciate it. If your primary vendors have concerns, feel free to connect us directly before the wedding.
If your coverage extends through dinner, yes — we appreciate being included on the vendor meal. We will never stop to eat during active moments. We are mindful of timing and will step away only during natural lulls, never during speeches, first dances, or anything significant.
A deposit is required to hold your date on our calendar. Specific terms are outlined in your contract at time of booking. We recommend booking as early as possible — peak season Saturdays fill quickly and a deposit is the only way to secure your date.
